How do you remove mildew from quality furniture that has a high gloss finish?

This furniture was left to me by my mother and was left in her home for the last 2 years with little or no care. The brand is Drexel and is about 60 years old. It has mildew spots all over. I have used Old English lemon oil but the spots still remain.How do you remove mildew from quality furniture that has a high gloss finish?

Call a steam cleaner company and explain the situation and what you have try to remove the mildew.
