What is the best clear lip gloss and black eyeliner?

I love clear lip gloss and i just started using eyeliner, so i need a black(not brown) eyeliner.What is the best clear lip gloss and black eyeliner?
My absolutely favorite clear lipgloss is NYC and you can buy it from any drugstore or my 2nd favorite clear lipgloss is Bonnebell and the good thing about those lipgloss's are that even though they're clear, they smell and taste amazing!





My favorite black eyeliner is Wet n' Wild and that too you can buy from ANY drugstore. It is an eye pencil. My 2nd favorite eyeliner if you can't find that one or you want to spend a little more money on is the one from Sephora or MAC. They're like $20 but they're worth it. The best clear lip gloss is MAC clear Lipglass. It stays on for a long time. The best eyeliner is gotta be MAC eye kohls. They are much easier to put on then the traditional pencil. They have a dark grey that looks just like black, called Phone Number.
mac makes amazingggg eyeliner! and they also have great glosses in EVERY color - including clear!
duwop clear lip venom, is really cool it comes in clear and then it makes ur lips tingle and plumps them bigger. but its d thta much on lipgloss just go to walmart and get any clear lipgloss. the eyeliner that comes out looking sharp and good is kohl eyeliner. check sephora.com fo top rated lipgloss and eyeliners if that wasnt enough info! hope i helped! :)

Good clear lipgloss would be to get a clear topcoat. Its lipgloss, but stays on great! For black eyeliner, using a thick pencil is best...the best brand is Prestige.
lip smackers is the best clear lip gloss, just because its fun and it smells good...





and the best eyeliner is probably the black sparkly kind they sell at hot topic!

I adore Urban Decay's Smoke Out Eye Pencil. It's a little expensive but it's worth it!





And for lipgloss I really love Lancome (also expensive).
I use Maybeline (dont think i spelt that right) Linestylist in black sparkle works really good! And Mac clear gloss is awsome and cost about 20$.

Lip Smackers has good clear gloss and Victoria's Secret sells some great lip glosses as for the eyeliner I use maybelline and I like it a lot! also try Covergirl they are good too
Victoria Secret has the best lip glosses. they're clear ones are great and they arent sticky or anything, if funds are low you should try N.Y.C clear lip gloss they have good ones too!!

rimmel has good things. The liquid black eyeliner is also good but be careful when u fut if cuz it can smudge. For the clear lipgloss, you should go to a drug store and ask for shinny clear lipgloss. Rimmel also might have a good one.
