We recently had our apt. painted and they were a little sloppy - they took the doors off our closet and I noticed about 2 months later there's a splotch of semi-gless paint on a dark green dress that I love!How can I get Semi-Gloss Paint off a Dress - the spot is about the size of a quarter?
1. Scrape off fresh paint with a putty knife and rinse immediately in warm water; launder as usual.
2. Sponge a dried latex paint stain with turpentine or dry cleaning solvent; launder as usual.
Once latex paint starts to dry, it may be too late.

If any of these solutions work, they should work for latex (probably what is on your dress) or oil base paint. Good luck.
