I have a brand new pair worn only once and husband splashed gloss paint on them (by accident he says) i really need to get it off any ideas please, apart from binning them, i really like them.How can i remove gloss paint from jeans ?

paint thinner will work but you're going to wash the hell out of them to get the smell out.
Check the paint tin and see what they recommend for cleaning brushes.
If it's old-fashioned gloss paint where you clean the brushes in white spirit, soak the jeans in white spirit - but be quick, one it's dried you're stuck with it. Once all the paint has come out, wash them with a bio powder.
If it's non-drip gloss where you clean the brushes in water, soak the jeans in COLD water with a bio detergent. Once the paint is out, put them through your normal wash.

you can't gloss paint isn't water based so chances of it coming off aren't very likely

Sorry but gloss paint has a chemical that makes the surface of the paint impossible to get out of jeans. Make him buy you a new pair.
sugar soap its very good but dont know if it works for clothes as well
use kerosen to remove or
use sheenlac its a brandname not a product, if u know get it
