How do you get your lip gloss to stay on?

Everytime i put lipgloss on it starts to disappear after a few seconds and it makes my lips go all dry and start peeling. Why is this happeneing and how can i stop it?How do you get your lip gloss to stay on?
Here's a trick I discovered a few months ago:





Apply lots of chapstick, and I mean lots! don't skimp on the stuff. After that, use a lipstick. it can be nude, but it doesn't matter. It gives the gloss another ';layer'; to the chapstick, meaning it will take longer for the gloss to get through.How do you get your lip gloss to stay on?
You can buy sticks that you apply over your lipgloss and it helps stay on!

Buy covergirls lipstain, it stays on long. Or covergirls other lipgloss that stays on for 12 hours without getting of.
If you moisturize your lips before applying the lip gloss on that will help you out allot. Just a simple lip balm will do the trick = )
