How to print pale colour sticker on clear gloss sticker paper?

I'm having some black USB memory sticks that I want to print out some logo design on clear sticker paper and stick onto them. As the background colour is black, for the logo to be shown, I have to set them with pale colour (almost white) but it is also not possible to print white colour... Is there anyway that we can walk around this?How to print pale colour sticker on clear gloss sticker paper?
Print on white stickers and trim them down.
